Layerly will be closed from December 23, 2024 to January 5, 2025.

Here is what this means for current and new customers:

New customer website subscriptions

• New website subscriptions before December 16, 2024 will be delivered within our 5 business day promise.
• New website subscriptions on or after December 16, 2024 will be delivered within the 2nd or 3rd week of January 2025.

Current customer website subscriptions

• Website changes requested before December 18, 2024 will be completed within our normal 24-48 hour window.
• Website changes requested after December 18, 2024 will be completed within within the 2nd or 3rd week of January 2025.

Urgent needs for current customers

• For urgent needs, please send an email to your account manager with the subject line ‘Urgent‘. Our team will respond back within 12 hours with support.
• All other website needs and changes will restart on January 6, 2025.
